Prior to Shafak, his sister Falak Naz has been a part of Bigg Boss. Falak participated in Bigg Boss OTT 2 and during this time his closeness to Avinash Sachdev was very much discussed.

Talking about Shafak Naz’s personal life, she was very much discussed due to her controversy with her sister Falak Naz and brother Xijan Khan. Like Shafak, his siblings Shejan and Falak are also a well-known name of the TV industry. Shejan, but was accused of abetting his girlfriend and co-star Tunisha Sharma for suicide and due to this he also went to jail. Then Shafak, along with Falak, fought day and night to get his brother out of jail. However, now there is a rift in the relationship between the three siblings.
