The Supreme Court has canceled the bail of Kannada actor Darshan in the famous Renukaswamy murder case. Kannada actor Darshan has received a major setback from the Supreme Court and with this the court has made it clear that his arrest should be done immediately. The Supreme Court has overturned the decision of the Karnataka High Court. Earlier, the High Court granted bail to Darshan. The bench of Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice R. Mahadevan has been decided to cancel the bail of actor Darshan. The Supreme Court has canceled the bail of Darshan Thugudipa as well as Pavitra Gowda and five other accused.

During the hearing on the case, the Supreme Court objected to the High Court’s decision, saying that the High Court pronounced the verdict like punishment or acquittal in the bail case, does the High Court give a similar order in other cases? What is Renuka Swami Murder Case?

On 9 June, 33 -year -old auto driver Renuka Swamy was found dead on a flyover in Bengaluru. Renuka was a fan of the actor. It is alleged that he was kidnapped at the behest of Darshan, after which he was murdered. It is said that Renuka Swamy died because he was harassing Pavitra Gowda, a female friend of Darshan. The incident took place in Pattangere village of Bengaluru. It is alleged that Renuka was beaten to death and Darshan was informed about Renuka’s death on her WhatsApp.
