According to reports, Rakesh Pujari went to attend a mehndi ceremony in Nitte located in Karkala Taluk of Udupi district. At the same time, he fainted in Achanak. Rakesh was immediately rushed to the hospital, but could not be saved. The incident took place around 2 am.
