Second step- Now take out the dough and let it cool lightly. The more the flour you have taken, the more jaggery you mix in a cup of water and make a solution. Now add a cup of jaggery water to the roasted dough and add one or two cups of water and make a mix solution.

Second step- Put this solution back into the pan and keep stirring continuously. Lapasi lumps get very quickly, so it is necessary to run continuously. Remember to make this lapsey that water is slightly added. If you have taken half a cup of flour, then take the same jaggery and also add about 3 cups of water. Lapsi later becomes thick, so keep consistance like soup to make.
