From August 15, the facility of Fastag Annual Pass has started across the country. This is a lump sum prepaid scheme, in which the toll payment mess will be rid of throughout the year. Annual passes activated on Fastag allow the private car/jeep/van to pass without a travel fee of one year or 200 trips (which is completed earlier) at the toll plaza of National Highway and National Expressway.

Fastag Annual Pass is a OneTime Prepaid Payment Scheme, whose validity is of one year. A big advantage of this near this is that there is no need to recharge this again and again. If you want to buy or renew this pass, follow the process below:
Confirm eligibility: First of all, make sure that an active fastag is associated with your car and it is properly affixed to the front windshield of the car. Keep in mind, your fastag should not be blacklisted.
Go to the official platform: If you have started getting passes from 15 August 2025, then you can visit the official website of Rajmarg Yatra App or NHAI/MRTH.
Fill your details: Login the app or website and enter your Fastag ID and vehicle information i.e. VRN.
Pay: Pay ₹ 3,000 after detail. For this, you can use digital payment options like UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking.
Activation: Within two hours of payment, your Fastag Annual Pass will be activated, whose confirmation SMS will get you on the registered mobile number.
Conditions and know these important things
Valid for just one car
Fastag Annual Pass will be valid only on the vehicle with which it is linked and is correctly applied to the windshield. It cannot be transferred to any other vehicle.
Recharge amount will not be refunded
The payment made for this annual pass is lump sum and non-refundable. In any case, money will not be returned, whether you use a pass or not.
Limited toll coverage
This pass is valid only on NHAI and Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, National Highways and Expressway toll plazas run by the Government of India. Keep in mind, this state does not apply to highways, city roads or private toll roads.
No auto renewal facility
It will not be automatically renewed when the near validity is over. The user will have to buy a pass again for new validity.
SMS alert facility available
