Yes, 4 major expressways of Uttar Pradesh- Yamuna Expressway, Purvanchal Expressway, Bundelkhand Expressway and Agra-Lucknow Expressway, this fastag will not run annual passes i.e. it will not be applicable here. Toll money will be deducted from your normal fastag account on these four expressways. In fact, these four expressways of Uttar Pradesh are the state highways under the state government and the fastag annual pass is applicable only on the National Highway under the Central Government. On passing through the state highway, toll money will be deducted from your normal fastag account.
Fastag annual pass will be created after being active
