Doordarshan, Waves and producer Sandeep Singh have launched the ‘Fauji 2.0’ music album in the joy of completing 100 episodes of their patriotic TV series ‘Fauji 2’. This album is an emotional tribute dedicated to the recently martyred soldiers and dedicated armed forces in Pahalgam.
The chief guest of the event was actor Manoj Bajpayee, who gave dignity to the event with his presence. He said, Sandeep is my 20 year old friend. I have always supported new talent, some people jokingly call me casting director. Sandeep has always been true in this industry where relationships change. This project reflects the same truth.
This evening was anchored by Meera Chopra. This was his first experience of anchoring. The 10 -song album has given his voice by Sonu Nigam, Rekha Bhardwaj, Kunal Ganjawala, Javed Ali, Pratibha Singh Baghel, Ravi Tripathi, Shahzad Ali, Jzim Sharma, Abdul Sheikh and emerging artists Zaid Darbar and Pavneet Singh. This album is available for streaming on all major music platforms.
This event also celebrated 100 successful episodes of ‘Fauji 2’. The show is based on true events and inspiring stories of the Indian Army. Producer Sandeep Singh said, I salute the Indian Army. The journey started with ‘white’ has now reached ‘Fauji 2.0’. This is not just a show, but it is a resolution filled with honesty and energy.
