Why does an earthquake come?

Earthquake occurs when the tectonic plates present under the Earth’s surface collide, or are separated. The outer layer (crust) of the Earth is divided into many huge tectonic plates that continue to continue at slow. The energy that is formed from the confrontation or distance between them comes out in the form of seismic waves. This is why an earthquake occurs.
