Four people of the same family and another person died after a fire broke out in a unit of making plastic goods in the Nagrathpet area near KR Market in Bangalore. Police gave this information. The police have identified the deceased as Madan Singh (38), Sangeeta (33) and her two children Ritesh (7) and Vihan (5) and neighbor Suresh Kumar (26). According to the police, Madan Singh was a native of Rajasthan and had rented the building for almost 10 years. He used to run a small factory where a mat was made along with plastic items. He lived on the top floor of the building.
Short circuit fire
Police said that there is a possibility of fire due to short circuit. An official of the fire department said that he was informed of the fire at around 3.14 am. An official said that eight vehicles have been installed to extinguish the fire and 55 firefighters and 21 officers are present on the spot. He said, “This is a kind of warehouse where there is a lot of luggage. Due to this, the fire is becoming difficult to control. ”Officials said that this building is located in the densely populated business area of the city.
