FIR on Rahul Gandhi on going to hostel without permission
Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi stayed in Bihar on Thursday for 7 hours. In Darbhanga, the administration reached the hostel without permission and addressed the students 12 minutes from the stage.
An FIR has been lodged against Rahul Gandhi in Darbhanga for going to the hostel without permission. The FIR has been lodged by District Welfare Officer Alok Kumar.
After coming to Patna from Darbhanga, he watched Phule movie with 400 social workers. After watching the movie, he said, ‘Was good, everyone should see’.
At 5.30 pm, Rahul left for Delhi from Patna. Earlier, he said in Darbhanga that, ‘Modi has announced to get the caste census done fearfully. In the Lok Sabha, we told Prime Minister Modi that you have to do caste census.
‘The constitution will have to be applied to the forehead. With your pressure, the PM announced to conduct ethnic census. But they are against democracy, constitution and caste census. This is the government of Adani-Ambani.
‘The government should also give reservation in the private sector. Our fight will continue till the reservation is not available in the private sector.
At the airport, Rahul Gandhi spoke to the media and said, ‘I had come here to talk to the weaker sections – backward classes, Dalits, but they tried to stop me and did not allow me. But our job is done. Everyone should watch the film Phule, this is very good.
400 ticket books of show, not entry of leaders
400 tickets were booked for the show from 2.20 am to 5.20 pm in the Auditorium-1 of the City Center’s Inox Movie Theater. It had a photo of Rahul Gandhi and was described as a ‘hero of social justice’. There was also a photo of Congress state president Rajesh Ram.
Apart from some senior leaders of Congress in the theater, other leaders were not given entry. Rahul watched a movie with different social workers from all over the state.
Reached hostel without permission in Darbhanga
Despite not getting permission from the district administration, Rahul Gandhi reached Ambedkar Hostel in Darbhanga on Thursday. He could not communicate with the students, but addressed the students from the stage.
Rahul’s address, who came to attend NSUI’s education justice dialogue program, ended in just 12 minutes. During this, he also waved the picture of Ambedkar. Rahul stayed at the venue 15 minutes at the venue. Now they have left Darbhanga for Patna.
Darbhanga DM Rajiv Roshan has said that action will be taken against Rahul Gandhi in the case of violation of Section 163 of CRPC. Before Rahul arrived, DM had said- ‘No minister or other person has a role in changing the place.’
‘Program is not allowed in the hostel anywhere in the country. Information about this has been given to them. On his request, the program permission is given in the town hall. I hope there will be no violation or ruckus’
