Talking to News18 Rajasthan, MLA Jaideep Bihani said that losing in such an easy situation on the home ground raises doubts. He said, “The state government has formed an Ed-Hawk Committee of Rajasthan Cricket Association, which has been extended five times. We ensure that all cricket tournaments in the state are smoothly. But as soon as the IPL comes, the Zilla Parishad controls it.”
He alleged that the BCCI had earlier sent a letter to the RCA, but later the Zilla Parishad took over the responsibility of the event. He also questioned the lack of MoU between Rajasthan Royals and Zilla Parishad regarding the stadium. He said, “If there is no MoU, what happened? Are you not paying the Zilla Parishad for every match?”
