Flood situation in Delhi-NCR, vehicles swim: Water entered houses in Nagpur

Delhi-NCR continues to rain for the last 12 hours. After the rains on Wednesday evening, there are flood -like conditions on the streets of Delhi and Gurugram. The vehicles were seen floating in the water. In many areas, people were drowned in water. The houses are flooded.

Delhi-NCR: River, vehicles and people drowned on the roads

There is a rain alert in Delhi and Gurugram today. Most of the roads in the city were flooded after heavy rains on Wednesday evening. The vehicles were seen floating in the water near the Sheetla Mata temple in Gurugram Sector 6. Even people drowned in water. Up to 2 feet of water accumulated on the service lane near Narsinghpur of Delhi-Gurugram Expressway. There is still rain alert in Delhi and Gurugram.

Madhya Pradesh: Bus-car flows in water

There are flood conditions in Mandla, Narsinghpur, Umaria, Shivpuri, Jabalpur, Rewa, Shahdol-Sagar in Madhya Pradesh. Most districts of the state have been raining for the last 24 hours. The Meteorological Department has today issued rain orange in 14 districts of Madhya Pradesh and yellow alert in 22 districts.

Uttarakhand: Chardham Yatra stopped

Uttarakhand has received more than 22% rainfall so far in the monsoon season. Landslide incidents occurred at different places across the state. The roads went off. Due to this, the Chardham Yatra has been almost stopped. On Wednesday, the route from Rudraprayag to Badrinath became landslide. The movement of trains on the road is closed. At present, the work of removing the mountain debris is going on. According to the Meteorological Department, the process of rain will continue in Uttarakhand for the next few days.
