Vikram misri us visit: Foreign Secretary Vikram Egypt will be on a three -day visit to the US from Tuesday. Vikram Egyptian in Washington will meet senior US administration officials. Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri will visit Washington DC today i.e. 27 to 29 May and meet senior US administration officials. “The visit is taking place after the Prime Minister’s visit to the US in February. In February, the two sides started the Indo-US compact (promoting opportunities for military partnership, acute trade and technology) for the 21st century.”
Global dialogue on “zero tolerance” policy against terrorism
Meanwhile, India has launched extensive diplomatic initiatives against terrorism to broadcast its new normal and “zero tolerance” policy globally. After the recent Pahalgam terror attack, India has sent 7 all -party parliamentary delegations to the capitals of 33 countries to spread its strong response to terrorism.
India’s anti -terrorism policy and ‘Operation Sindoor’
After the terrorist attack on 22 April in Pahalgam, in which 26 people lost their lives, India has adopted a new and firm policy against terrorism. Prime Minister Modi has clarified that India will not accept any nuclear blackmail and attack terrorists’ bases, even if they are growing in the nuclear cover.
India carried out “accurate attacks” on the terrorist structure in Pakistan and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) under “Operation Sindoor” on the morning of 7 May. After this, Pakistan tried to attack the Indian military bases on 8, 9 and 10 May, which India gave a strong reply. The Indian side has also reiterated its “no first use” nuclear policy, but has also clarified that if it is an atomic attack, it will answer with full force.
