Former Google employee Mo Gawdat is predicted in his ‘Diary of a CEO’ podcast. Former Google employee is that AI Powered Automation will eliminate many professional roles, including software engineers, chief executives and podcasters. Mo Gawdat was working in a big post of 2018 in Google. He has also been the Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Google. He is currently running an AI enabled relationship start-up Emma.love. Speaking on the influence of AI, he gave an example of his company and said that it has only three employees. For such development and setup, at least 350 people were needed earlier, only 3 people are doing the work.
AI will make educated and unemployed
He said in his prediction that earlier industrialization had replaced manual labor. Educated people are becoming unemployed due to AI automation, due to which middle class will be affected. He said that those who are not in the top 0.1 percent, they will become economically irrigated. They will not have any work and they will struggle with problems like mental health, isolation. Apart from this, people will gradually lose their profession’s understanding.
New world order will be ready
Apart from this, former Chief Business Officer of Google said that by 2040, a new world order will be created in the world. It will have focus on creativity, community and spirituality. However, he also said that governments need to regulate universal basic income and AI based development of the people.
