Former Congress MLA Dharam Singh Chhaukkar from Samalkha, Panipat, Haryana has started a free bus service. These buses were stopped due to the code of conduct during Haryana Assembly elections. Dharam Singh Chhaukkar started the free bus service in the year 2019.

Now after the end of the code of conduct, this facility has been started again. Dharam Singh Chhaukkar himself gave this information through social media. In this series, on Wednesday, two women special buses were flagged off by the workers from the old bus stand. This time, after the defeat of former MLA Dharam Singh Chhaukkar in the assembly elections, speculations were being made that all the facilities would be closed. But this has not happened.

He said that the bus service will continue. CCTV cameras are installed in this Mahila Express bus. It is connected to GPS tracking system, through this the family members will be able to keep an eye on their children. Both these buses will run from the bus stand every day.
