Muhurta of worship on the fourth day of Ganesh Utsav: 30 August 2025, Saturday

1. Between 11:56 to 12:47 pm in the day.

2. Between 6:45 to 7:54 in the evening.

Today’s Mantra- ‘Om Shree Hrin Klein Glaun Gan Ganpataye Varad Sarvajanam in Sarvajanam.’ – This mantra also increases attraction power. Love, marriage, couples dissolve in married relationships.

Fourth day- sago kheer

Sago Kheer is a delicious and instant recipe, which is very much liked during fasting and festivals. Its creamy texture and sweet taste make it special. Lord Shriganesh will like enjoyment. Here is an easy method of making sago kheer.

Material

Sago: Half a cup

Milk: 3 cups full cream

Chinese: Half a cup or taste

Ghee: 1 teaspoon

Green cardamom powder: half teaspoon

Dried dry fruits (cashews, almonds, raisins): 2 tablespoons (chopped)

Saffron threads: 4-5

Method of preparation:

Prepare sago: First of all wash the sago thoroughly so that its starch comes out. Then soak it in 1 cup of water for about 2 hours. Sago will swell by absorbing water.

Boil milk: Place the milk in a heavy bottom vessel to heat on medium heat. Allow a boil in milk.

Mix sago: Now take out the soaked sago from the water and put it directly in the boiling milk. Note: Keep stirring the sago continuously so that it does not stick to the pot.

Cook the mixture: Cook the sago on low flame until it becomes transparent. It will take about 10-15 minutes.

Add sugar and cardamom: When the sago is cooked well, add sugar and cardamom powder to it. Cook it for 2-3 minutes until sugar dissolves. At this time you can also add saffron threads.

Add dry fruits: Heat a teaspoon of ghee in a small pan. Fry the chopped cashews and almonds lightly in it. Now put them in kheer with raisins and mix well. Your delicious sago kheer is ready. Now offer it to Shriganesh.
