Jansol engineering shares saw a 5 percent decline on Tuesday. The shares of the threatened company reached the new lower circuit limit after promoter Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi resigned from the company. The stock fell 4.99 percent to Rs 51.84 on BSE, which is its 52-week low and lower circuit range. According to PTI news, the company’s shares declined by 5 percent on NSE and reached 51.25, the lowest trading boundary for the day and the lowest level of 52-week. The stock has come down 95.39 percent from its 52-week high of Rs 1,125.75. The stock has been declining from the last 23 trading sessions and it has come down 68.28 percent.

Promoter was banned from securities markets

According to the news, according to the exchange filing on Monday, the promoters of the crisis Jansol Engineering Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi have resigned from the company following the interim order of market regulator SEBI. Anmol Singh Jaggi was the post of Managing Director, while Puneet Singh Jaggi was a full -time director.

Earlier on April 15, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) had banned Jansol Engineering and Promoter Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi from the securities markets in the Fund Diversion and Governance Laps case till further orders.

Instructions to stop stock division

The regulator also stopped Anmol and Puneet Singh Jaggi from holding the post of Director or Prominent Managerial worker in Jansol until further orders. The market regulator also directed Jansol Engineering Limited to stop the stock division declared by it. Jansol Engineering said in the exchange filing that Anmol Singh Jaggi, Managing Director and Puneet Singh Jaggi, have resigned by the full -time director. They will not be members of different committees of the company. The company, the main reason for the resignation, cited the SEBI order of April 15, 2025, saying that according to resignations, they are leaving charge of their posts with the end of business times on May 12, 2025.
