According to the company’s statement at Cincinnati (Ohio), Jejurikar (58) joined Proctor & Gamble (P&G) in 1989 as Assistant Brand Manager. He will replace John Moller as a top leadership change. P&G said in the statement that Shailesh Jejuriker will replace John Molar from January 1, 2026 as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Proctor & Gamble. The Board of Directors has also nominated Jejurikar for standing for the election as a director at the annual shareholder meeting in October 2025. Born in Moradabad, Sabih Khan was promoted to the post of Chief Operating Officer of the iPhone manufacturer Apple earlier this month.

Who is Shailesh Jejurikar?

India -born 58 -year -old Shailesh Jejurikar has completed his schooling from Hyderabad Public School. Jejurikar completed his graduation from Elphinstone College, Mumbai and did his MBA from IIM Lucknow. Soon after completing MBA from IIM Lucknow in 1989, he joined P&G. He has been associated with the company for the last 36 years.
