Good News! Salary of government employees of this state will increase, government increased DA – Cross Talk India
There is good news for the government employees of Haryana. The state government on Wednesday increased the dearness allowance (DA) for its employees and inflation relief (DR) for pensioners by 2 percent. According to PTI news, after this decision of the Haryana government, dearness allowance for employees and inflation for pensioners increased their basic salary from 53 percent to 55 percent. An official statement said that this increase will be effective from 1 January 2025.
April 2025 will be available with salary/pension
According to the news, citing the order issued by the Finance Department, the statement said that the revised DA and DR will be given with salary/pension of April 2025. The outstanding amount for the period from January 2025 to March 2025 will be paid in May 2025.
Dearness allowance increased in these states also
In recent times before Haryana, the governments of Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Jharkhand, Maharashtra have also increased dearness allowance for their employees and pensioners.
