8th pay commission: This much salary is paid now
In fact, at present the central employees get a salary of Rs 18000 as basic salary. But before Diwali, the government is preparing to increase the basic salary to Rs 26,000. That means, if you are a central employee, your account will increase by Rs 96 thousand annually. According to the information, at present the employees are given salary at the rate of 2.57 percent under the fitment factor. The government is preparing to increase it to 3.68 percent. If this happens, there will be a direct increase of Rs 8 thousand per month in the salary of the employees. You will also get the benefit of DA on this basis because dearness allowance depends on the basic salary only.
8th pay commission: DA also increased
There is talk of increasing the dearness allowance by four percent… because the dearness allowance was increased only six months ago. Now the allowance is to be increased again in July. Sources claim that the dearness allowance will also be increased by four percent this month i.e. before Diwali. At present 50 percent dearness allowance is given to central employees. There are preparations to increase it to 54 percent… however, its official announcement has not been made yet. According to the information, the government is going to give good news to the employees before Diwali.
8th pay commission: Loan will be available without interest
According to the recommendations of the Seventh Pay Commission and Housing Building Advance 2017 Rules, the government is also prepared to give advance without interest to the central employees. According to the information, central employees will be given a loan equal to 34 months’ basic salary. On which the government will not charge any interest.
