If you desire to buy a flat in Delhi, then you still have a great chance. Actually, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched its Ghar Awas Yojana 2025. Under this scheme, you have a great opportunity to buy flats in Loknayakapuram, Siraspur and Narela in Delhi. According to the official website of DDA, registration under this scheme has started from 20 May 2025. 7500 flats are to be sold under Apna Ghar Awas Yojana 2025.
Who can apply
You should be a citizen of India. Also, the age of 18 years has been completed. Despite having any land/manufactured property in Delhi, you can apply. The applicant applying for WS flats, as well as the family income of the joint/co-applicant, should not exceed Rs 10 lakh per year if separated in the case of both families. The applicant can apply according to his need and strength. Family income for this section includes the income of the applicant and his spouse (if married). Keep in mind, you should have a pan.

Keep in mind one thing here, the booking amount paid in case of successful booking will be adjusted to the price of the flat, but this amount will not be returned and according to the demand schedule, the surrender/cancellation/rest will be confiscated in case of non -payment of demand. This scheme is based on first come and first serve.
Alotty status
All allotments will be done on free hold basis. Applicants are advised to visit the site before applying under this scheme and inspect the flats and satisfy themselves in relation to the location, size and price of the flats. Since all the information is revealed before applying for the flat, the DDA will not complain about the price of the flat, its design and the quality of the material used, workmanship or any other defect. Samples flats are available for public inspection from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm in all seven days. A representative of the DDA is available on the site during these hours to facilitate inspection during the scheme.
