Green Corridor to Yeida Noida International Airport will develop, proposal is given for 35 km
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) has proposed to develop a green corridor to Noida International Airport along with Yamuna Expressway. Under this, there is talk of making this corridor up to 35 km, on which Rs 692 crore will be interest. According to the news of MillenniumPost, the authority officials say that visitors can experience a green and beautiful corridor, it has been planned.
Starting from the entrance of Noida Sector 17A
According to the news, the 60 -meter wide road connects the sectors of the Yamuna Authority, which runs parallel to the Yamuna Expressway, which is different from a hundred meter wide Green Strip. Officials said the green corridor would extend from the entrance of Noida Sector 17A to Noida International Airport. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the authority, Dr. Arunveer Singh, has said that the authority will introduce diverse plants species to increase the beauty appeal.
There will be so many things including musical fountains
Development of the Green Corridor includes musical fountains, seating arrangements, sculptures and theme-based landscaps with pedestrian pavement. According to the information, the government’s oil marketing company, Bharat Petroleum has laid a 34 km long underground pipeline for the aviation turbine fuel (ATF), which will connect the cup depot to Noida Airport.
The work of laying a 1.2 km long pipeline from under the jewelry canal to the airport oil depot is almost complete. The fuel supply system will be turned on after the connection is set up. The Chief Secretary has fixed June 30 for completion of all construction work.
Construction of ramp connecting film city begins
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has started the construction of the ramp connecting Yamuna Expressway to Film City last month. This will ensure smooth connectivity between the International Film City to be built in Sector 21, Noida. The project being built by Yida is located at a distance of 26.4 km from the zero point of the expressway.
