Gujarat government prematurely retired 5 senior officers
Ahmedabad. Gujarat government has once again shown the way out to the corrupt officials of the state. Gujarat government has retired 5 officers. All these officers are officers of Narmada and Manpower Department. The state government has carried out a major operation by forcefully retiring 25 officers in the last few months. A departmental inquiry is already going on against these officers, which will continue even after their retirement. According to the order issued by Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply and Kalpsar Department, Jashwant Singh Parmar, Pradeep Damor, Shailesh Desai, Babu Desai and Arvind Mahla, working in Narmada and Jal Shakti Department, have been prematurely retired. Among these, Jashwant Singh Parmar was working in the Panchayat Irrigation Department under Vadodara. Whereas Pradeep Damor and Shailesh Desai were working in Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited. Babu Desai Sujalam was working in Sufalam Circle No. 2, Mehsana. Whereas Arvind Mahla was working in the Drainage Design Sub Department of Surat. The state government has retired all of them with immediate effect. A few days ago also, the state government, continuing its campaign against corruption, had forcibly retired two government officials. These included the names of Bharat Rawal and Hasmukh Kakadia. The state government has so far forcibly retired a total of 25 officers. However, even after his retirement, the departmental investigations already going on against him will continue as before.
