Ever since the T20 World Cup 2024, Gautam Gambhir has taken over the coaching of Team India. Since his becoming a coach, Team India has done well in the white ball, while the Indian team is seen continuously struggling in the cricket cricket.

Although India has received a crushing defeat against Australia-New Zealand after he became a coach, the Indian team is still lagging behind in a series against England, but in the meantime Harbhajan Singh has said something on the coaching of Gautam Gambhir. Those who are constantly going viral on social media, know the whole news came.

In fact, during an interview to a media channel named Harbhajan Singh, he said that “It would not be wrong to consider giving separate coaches to India’s white hair and red ball team, because the team is also different in these formats.”

Harbhajan said that “I think different coaches can be appointed. There is nothing wrong with you.

A good option to separate red and white game coaching

Harbhajan Singh did not stop, he carried forward his point and said, “The coach also needs time to prepare for a series.”

He said that “the coach, whether it is a red ball format or a white ball, needs complete preparation and sufficient time to plan a series. So that the thing can be done well.”

However, apart from this, Harbhajan said that “the coach cannot be imposed more work, because he also has family and other responsibilities. It is not easy to do with the family continuously. If you ask me, it would be a good option to separate the coaching of the red ball and white ball.”

Gautam Gambhir’s coaching data

However, if Gambhir will look at the coaching record of so far, India has won one of the two bilateral ODI series in him and has won the ICC Champions Trophy title.

India has won all T20 series matches so far in Gautam Gambhir’s coaching, but after Gambhir became the coach, only the Test series against Bangladesh has won in India.
