Harbhajan Singh will be the brand ambassador of the National Disability Cricket Championship in Udaipur.

Udaipur, 18 September (HS). The Third National Physical Disability Cricket Championship will be held in Udaipur from 28 September to 8 October under the joint aegis of Narayan Seva Sansthan and Differently Abled Cricket of India (DCCI).
President of Narayan Seva Sansthan, Prashant Aggarwal said that the country’s famous cricketer Harbhajan Singh will be the brand ambassador of this national championship for disabled cricketers. He told that on the initiative of the institute, this will be the fifth Mahakumbh of disabled players in the last 7 years. Earlier, National Para Swimming Competition in 2017, National Blind Cricket Tournament in 2019, 21st National Para Swimming Competition in March 2022 and National Wheel Chair Cricket Championship in November-December have been successfully organised.
Institute founder ‘Kailash’ Manav said that the institute has been working in the field of education, treatment and rehabilitation of disabled people for the last 38 years. He has been appreciated by various awards at national and state level. The 11-day Disabled Cricket Championship will be an important link in the direction of promoting disabled talents in the sports field.
Ravi Chauhan, Secretary of Differently Abled Cricket Council of India, said that 24 teams from different states including Rajasthan will participate in this championship. About 400 people including 300 players, coaches, umpires, experts, scorers, officials will participate in these. Championship matches will be played on the well-equipped grounds of the city. For the success of the event, preparations are being finalized by forming various committees.
