Wheat sowing season has also started in Haryana. Dr. Rajendra Singh Chhokar, Principal Scientist of the Indian Wheat and Barley Research Institute, said that the current weather is favorable for wheat sowing. Generally, the time between 25 October to 20 November is considered best for sowing wheat, because at this time there is a possibility of better yield in the crop due to increasing cold.
improve air quality
Improvement in Air Quality Index (AQI) has been seen in major cities of Haryana in the last 24 hours. However, the AQI level is still above normal, due to which the level of air pollution cannot be called normal. AQI 301 was recorded in Kaithal, 230 in Rohtak, 219 in Sirsa and AQI 218 in Murthal. In this season, children, elderly people and patients suffering from serious diseases have been advised to take special precautions, because cold air and pollution can have adverse effects on health.
