Actually, where this house has been built, there is a road passing below it and a two-storey house has been built by putting a slab on top. The road has not been closed yet and a tunnel-like space has been left. The picture of this amazing house is going viral. The owner of the house and the employee of the mosque have made it clear that this house and the road are built on private land. Someone could have lodged an objection or complaint during the construction itself but this did not happen. Everyone knows that this is their private land. After the picture went viral on social media, the owner of the house Mohammad Insaf said that this is not an illegal construction and there is a farm along with the mosque and it is his house. No illegal construction of any kind has been done here.
Mohammed Shahid, an employee working in the mosque, told that he lives in the mosque. The place in question is private land. He told that this is not Panchayat land or road and the mosque is built on a separate land. This is a different path for these brothers and they have the documents. The things that are being spread are wrong. It has nothing to do with Panchayat land. Whereas SDM Sanjay Dhattarwal refused to talk on camera to the media on this matter and said that the matter is not in his cognizance.
