HDFC Bank’s subsidiary will raise Rs 12,500 crore from IPO
According to NSE data, it has been subscribed to 0.41 times on Thursday by 10.06 am on the second day of the IPO. Let us tell you that HDB Financial wants to raise a total of Rs 12,500 crore from its IPO through 16,89,18,918 shares. 3,37,83,783 fresh shares worth Rs 2500 crore will be issued in this IPO, while 13,51,35,135 shares worth Rs 10,000 crore will be issued through OFS. The company has fixed a price band of Rs 700 to Rs 740 for each share of Rs 10 face value for its IPO.
GMP price of shares fell in gray market
In the gray market too, there is a lot of ups and downs in the premium of HDB Financial shares. On Thursday, 26 June, HDB Financial shares are trading at a price of Rs 790.5 with GMP of Rs 50.50 (6.82 percent) in gray market. Let us tell you that around 6 am on Wednesday, its shares were trading at a price of Rs 814 with a premium of Rs 74 (10 percent). For the past few days, HDB Financial GMP has been seeing a steady decline. Its GMP was recorded at the highest 104.5 rupees on 20 June.
