Notorious terrorist jailed on false charges
It is said that on October 12, 2011, Sumit Kail, a criminal carrying a reward of Rs 1 lakh, had attacked the policemen on the culvert of Mastgarh village of Thana Bhawan and looted their rifles. In this, one constable died on the spot, while a policeman was seriously injured. The miscreants had fled after this incident. In this case, the police had sealed the entire area. In this, a case of murder and looting government weapons was registered against 17 people. Amit (Amit Chaudhary) told that at that time his age was 18 years and 6 months and he was a BA student.
Completed law studies while in jail for two years
He dreamed of joining the army, for which he even practiced. He had obtained C certificate in NCC, but time had other plans. Gangster law was imposed on Amit. Amit became one of the 17 accused in this case. As soon as he came out of jail, Amit first completed his graduation, then law and LLM.
After law, Amit (Amit Chaudhary) himself fought his case and finally removed the stain on his forehead. Amit Chaudhary lived with his sister during the constable murder case. Fought his own case as soon as he came out of jail
Amit (Amit Chaudhary) was accused of being a part of the notorious Kail gang which had planned the murder. Amit Chaudhary had to stay in jail for two years. Such allegations were made against him which could spoil his future. The circumstances before Amit Chaudhary were adverse. But, instead of running away from this situation, he decided to fight.
To prove himself innocent he studied law. The farmer’s son from Kirthal village of Baghpat remained firm on his resolve even after going to jail. He also met many criminals in jail.
