A shocking incident has come to light from Keonjhar district of Odisha, which gives an example of serious flaws of negligence and monitoring of government schools. This case is of a government school located in Anjar village of Banspal block, from where a student of second grade was closed overnight in school. The incident occurred on Thursday when all the children returned home after school leave, but this girl remained in the school premises for some reason. The teacher carelessly locked the school from outside and did not make sure that no child was left inside.

A video of this painful incident has also surfaced in which the girl is seen stuck in the window. Her body is suffering and she is arranging help. This video became increasingly viral on social media. The girl was admitted to the hospital in critical condition, where her condition is now said to be stable.
How a student stuck in the rod?
When the family members of the girl did not get any news till late evening, they discovered her across the village but found no clue. The family remained upset overnight. On the other hand, when the girl in the school premises realized that she was left alone and the doors were closed, she tried to get out by breaking the iron rod of the window. His body somehow got out, but during this time his head got stuck between the window rod, which was badly injured.
Outrage against school provoked
The next morning, when the local people came to know about the girl being trapped in the school, they immediately informed the administration and the rescue team. The rescue team reached the spot and after hard work, the girl was taken out of the window. Outrage against the school administration has erupted after the incident. The villagers have demanded strict action against the guilty teachers. The administration has started investigation and assured people that those who are negligent will not be spared.
