Actor Asif Khan, famous for the role of Phulera’s son -in -law in the panchayat, has recently been discharged from the hospital after health concern. Commenting on rumors, Asif clarified that he had not had a heart attack as was earlier estimated. Asif has spoken openly in an interview recently. In which Asif said, ‘First, I want to clarify it was not a heart attack. It was a gastroisophageal reflux disease. Symptoms looked like a heart attack, but I am completely healthy. ‘
Was admitted in hospital
The incident occurred when Asif was driving a whole day from his hometown to Mumbai in Rajasthan. The same evening he had chest pain, he fainted in the bathroom and was immediately rushed to the hospital.
After medical examination, doctors advised Asif to make lifestyle changes, especially in their food. He is reportedly advised to stop eating lentils, reduce non-vegetarian food and exercise more. Despite this fear, Asif remains optimistic and says that this incident will not obstruct his professional commitments. However, an unexpected advantage of staying in the hospital was a break from the digital world.
Good experience of staying away from phone
He told, ‘I was away from my phone and liked it. I got a lot of messages – it will take me a month to answer everything. I did not expect so much love. It was very emotional. ‘ After being admitted, Asif posted an emotional message from his hospital room, which said, ‘I have realized after seeing all this for the last 36 hours. Life is small, do not take it lightly for one day. Everything can change in a moment. Be grateful for what you have and what you are. Remember who is more important for you and always appreciate them. Life is a gift and we are blessed. ‘
