First step- You have to take about 4-5 tablespoons of yogurt and blend it well. Keep in mind that yogurt should not be sour. Add 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste to the curd. Now add half a teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and a little salt and mix all the things well.
Second step- Cut the paneer in the prepared curd and put it in the fridge for 1 hour to marinate well. Take a pan to make vegetables. Add 2 teaspoons of sesame oil to it. Add 1 bay leaf, 1 piece of cinnamon, half a teaspoon of cumin, 2-3 green chillies.
