On Wednesday, there was chaos in the Paltan market of Uttarakhand’s capital Dehradun when a woman was caught red handed by shopkeepers. The woman looked intoxicated. He first stole the idol from a shop and then stole two rings. As soon as the information was received, the police force, including women police personnel from Kotwali Nagar, reached the spot immediately.
Told son was ill
The accused woman caught on the information of the shopkeepers also assaulted the police. Later, the woman was trying to save herself by citing her son being ill. This created a ruckus in the entire market and as the woman was controlled.
Clash with police
The woman reached the shops of Jhabbawala Jewelers, where she was seen roaming in a suspicious situation. When an attempt was made to talk to her on suspicion of theft of the shop, she was not accepting anything due to being drunk. In such a situation, the police was called. When the police reached the spot, the woman attacked the woman and caught the hair of the woman Daroga. When a woman of hard work was searched, two rings were recovered from her.
