Shillong: Sonam Raghuvanshi is on police remand in the murder of Raja Raghuvanshi, a husband of Indore on a honeymoon in Meghalaya. According to sources, Sonam was misleading the Meghalaya police in the initial interrogation. After executing the murder of Raja Raghuvanshi, Sonam posted a post from husband Raja’s social media handle. Sonam had posted this post so that the suspicion of the police does not go on her.
Sonam has no regrets of killing the king
According to sources, with the interrogation so far, the police feel that Sonam has no regrets to kill the king. Police can sit face to face and interrogate Sonam and Raj
The Meghalaya Police may record the statements of Sonam and Raja’s family members in the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case. Meghalaya Police will interrogate all the accused separately after getting remand. Especially after the statements of Sonam and Raj Kushwaha, Meghalaya Police will analyze the statements of both. If there was any contradiction in the statements of Sonam and Raj Kushwaha, Sonam and Raj will be interrogated face to face.
Police will also investigate how many rupees the killers get
The Meghalaya Police is also trying to find out how many rupees the killers were hired and who had to pay this amount to the killers and how much money had been given to the killers till now.
Sonam confessed crime during interrogation
Earlier, Sonam confessed her crime in SIT’s inquiry. Sonam was questioned by keeping the evidence in front. Seeing the evidence, Sonam said that she was involved in the murder conspiracy. Police said that Sonam’s mobile has not yet been found. Sonam had two phones at the time of the incident. Both phones have not yet been recovered. The remaining 4 accused have got mobiles. Many mobile SIMs were used in the incident. Some SIMs have been found and some are searching. Raj sent Sonam to Shillong with two phones.
