Housefull 5 has a good start at the box office, due to expensive budget, it will have to do well for a long time

The fifth film of the Housefull Series has made a good start at the box office. The film has collected Rs 24.35 crore on the first day and has become the third largest opener of 2025. The first number is Chhava (Rs 33.10 crore) and the second is Alexander (Rs 20.06 crore) on the second. However, given the budget of the film, it will have to perform well for a long time.

If we compare Akshay Kumar with the release films of the year 2025, it has got the best opening. The first day collection of Akshay’s ‘Sky Force’ was Rs 15.30 crore and the collection of Kesari Chapter 2 was Rs 7.84 crore.

The audience was very low in the morning show of Housefull 5, but the number of viewers in the evening and night shows increased significantly. The collection may increase further due to the holiday on Saturday and Sunday.

As far as the report of the film is concerned, it is mixed. Many viewers have not liked it at all and many viewers have felt it better than average. More critics have given a poor rating to the film.
