A stampede took place near the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Wednesday evening and shocked many families for a lifetime. The accident took place during the victory parade of RCB, in which a large number of crowds gathered. Suddenly the situation became uncontrollable and stampede. 11 people lost their lives in this accident, while 33 people were injured. Now the questions are arising whether this stampede occurred due to the government’s disgrace or due to the negligence of the organizers.

- Administrative negligence: The police did not come into action in time and no arrangements were made at the venue or the Victory Parade. As soon as the crowd increased, there was chaos.
- Lack of co-ordination between administration and organizers: It is being told that the police had earlier described the event as a high-risk. In view of the crowd of millions, the police had informed about the cancellation of the Victory Parade. Despite this, information was shared by RCB about the victory parade on social media and the limited of free pass.
- Organizers failed to estimate the crowd: The stadium had a capacity of 35,000. The organizer also had an idea that more crowds would gather than this, but people came 2 to 3 lakhs.
- Police lathicharge on crowd: Police was stationed on the spot, but the situation worsened due to mobilization of millions of people. The police also lathi -charged to control the crowd. After this, more situations worsened.
- CM tweeted an open invitation to the crowd of fans: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Wednesday tweeted a tweet giving an open invitation to all, knowing the frenzy of fans. He gave this open invitation without making adequate security and mob management arrangements.
