In his new YouTube Vlog shared on Friday (June 6), Shoaib talked about Deepika Kakkar’s surgery and said that Deepika’s condition is getting better with every passing day. Shoaib said that Deepika was taken out of the ICU just a day before Eid al Azha or Bakrid. In the video, he is heard saying, ‘Tomorrow Eid al Aazha is and today Deepika has come out of ICU on such auspicious day. I am thankful that she has come out of the ICU and is with us. She stayed in ICU for three days and her condition was improving after surgery. In the evening, doctors decided to shift them to the room. She will stay here for a few days because the surgery was big, she stayed in OT for 14 hours. Shoaib told how Deepika was taken for surgery at 8:30 am and came out of the operation theater at 11:30 pm. The actor further said, ‘We were all under stress because doctors said that it would be a long surgery … At 6-7 pm, we all got nervous because no updates came from OT because we had never seen such a big surgery. Thankfully, the doctor assured me that if they do not come out for updates, the surgery is going well and it will be completely cured. ‘

Shoaib said that during Deepika’s surgery, doctors had a gallbladder. He said, ‘Doctors also removed Deepika’s gallbladder as they came to know about stones and had to cut a small part of the liver as the tumor was cancerous. Doctors said that the liver is a self-purposeless organ, so it will be cured automatically over time. Therefore, this is not the case about which stress is taken … but we have to be cautious and take good care.

After coming out of ICU, her husband is serving the actress. Not only this, he is under the supervision of the doctor since surgery. On May 28, Deepika revealed her cancer in a post on Instagram. He wrote, ‘As you all know that the last few weeks have been very difficult for us … going to the hospital for pain in the upper abdomen … and then it turned out that the liver has a tennis ball -shaped tumor and then came to know that the tumor is a fatal cancer of the second phase … It has been the most difficult time we saw and experienced!’
