How to become a Pakistani spy of Delhi? Tufail of Varanasi was also caught
Mohammed Aaron and Tufail.
Lucknow: The action of security agencies against ‘detectives’ hidden in the country after Operation Sindoor has intensified. In Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, people involved in anti-national activities continue. In this series, two suspected Pakistani spies have been arrested by the anti -terrorism squad (UP ATS) of Uttar Pradesh. Mohammad Aaron, a resident of Celampur in Delhi and Tufail of Varanasi have been arrested for giving sensitive information related to the country’s internal security to Pakistan. Both are being questioned, so that their network and activities can be fully disclosed.
How did Mohammad Aaron become a detective?
Mohammad Aaron, who performed junk business in Seilampur, Delhi, was arrested by UP ATS from Noida. Investigation revealed that Aaron was in contact with Muzammal Hussain, an officer working in the Pakistan High Commission. Muzammal was declared as ‘Persona Non Grata’ by the Government of India and ordered to leave the country in 24 hours. According to ATS, Aaron carried out anti -national activities under the guise of his junk business. He used to recover illegal money from people in the name of getting a visa of Pakistan and transferred this money to various accounts on Muzammal’s instructions.
ATS investigation revealed that Aaron gave sensitive information related to the country’s security to Muzammal. 2 mobile phones and Rs 16,900 cash were recovered from him. Aaron’s deep relationship with Pakistan has also come to light. His second wife lives in Pakistan, and he regularly used to come and go there. Recently he went to Pakistan on 5 April and returned on 25 April. ATS claims that Aaron took advantage of his kinship and worked for the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI. However, Aaron’s family has denied the allegations. Aaron’s brother says that he used to go to Pakistan only to meet his wife, who is the daughter of his relative.
Tufail of Varanasi trapped in Honey Trap
UP ATS has also arrested Tufail Maqsood, a resident of Jetpura in Varanasi, on charges of espionage. Tufail is alleged to have shared important information related to India’s internal security with more than 600 Pakistani numbers. Investigation revealed that Tufail was related to Pakistan’s banned terrorist organization Tehreek-e-Labback. He used to share the video of Maulana Shad Rizvi in WhatsApp groups. Apart from this, he also broadcast ‘Gajwa-e-Hind’, instead of Babri Masjid and the provocative material related to implementing Sharia law in India.
Tufail sent pictures and information of sensitive places like Rajghat, Namo Ghat, Gyanvapi, Railway Station, Jama Masjid, Red Fort and Nizamuddin Auliya to Pakistani numbers. The ATS investigation revealed that Tufail was implicated by ISI through a honey trap. He came in contact with a woman named Nafisa, a resident of Faisalad, Pakistan, whose husband is in the Pakistani army. Through Nafisa, Tufail got caught in the ISI trap and got involved in anti -national activities.
Operation vermilion and spy network attack
Under the Operation Sindoor, which began after the Pahalgam terror attack, India launched accurate attacks on terrorist bases in Pakistan. Since then, there has been a comprehensive campaign to break the ISI’s espionage network in the country. UP ATS has lodged an FIR under Section 148 (conspiracy to war against the country) and 152 (the work of the nation’s unity, integrity and sovereignty) against Tufail and Aaron. Both have been taken to the ATS police station in Lucknow for questioning and will soon be produced in court.
ATS is now investigating how big Aaron and Tufail’s network was and with whom they were carrying out anti-national activities. Apart from this, it is also being ascertained how Aaron was collecting sensitive information under the guise of junk business and Tufail gave information about which places to Pakistan. These arrests have once again highlighted the deep penetration of ISI’s honey trap and espionage network. Security agencies are now monitoring all those who can be in contact with Pakistani numbers or high -depart officials.
