Eid with Sevai recipe
First step- For Eid Special Sevai, you have to take about 200 grams of fine Sevai. Since Sevai is quite long, break them from the middle. This will cook well.
Second step- Now cut dry fruits to enhance the taste in Sevai. For this, cut almonds, pistachios, chironji, raisins, cashews and dates into fine pieces. Keep the amount of dry fruits according to your choice. If some people put the date in the sheer, then you should soak them in water overnight and use it finely.
Third step- Sevai will require about 3 liters of full cream milk to cook. First keep the milk in a heavy bottom pan to cook. Put half a cup of water in the pan, the milk will not flatten in the bottom.
Fourth step- When the milk comes to a boil, add saffron soaked in milk. This makes both color and taste excellent. Now fry all the nuts in 2 teaspoons of ghee in a pan. In this, add Sevai and fry it lightly. This will make the taste good.
Fifth step- When it is about 10-15 minutes when the milk comes to a boil, mix 100 grams of milkmade or milk powder and mix it. Now add sevai in milk and cook it on a light flame for 5 minutes. Cook it for about 10-15 minutes and turn off the gas when the sheer starts getting light thick.
Sixth step- You can keep Sevai thick or thin according to your own. While serving, add some dry fruits on top and serve cold or hot sheer. If you serve the sevai prepared in this way, everyone will ask the recipe.
