Third step- After this, add sugar and half cup water in a pan and then let this mixture cook till the sugar dissolves. When these syrup starts getting thick, then you can slow down the heat.
Fourth step- Now mix coconut, melon seeds, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder in this pan and mix all the things well.
Fifth step- Now you have to apply ghee well in a tray. When this mixture cools down slightly, then you spread it in a tray with ghee.
Sixth step- This mixture will take about 5 minutes to set. Now you can cut this mixture into barfi pieces.
