Parwal’s recipe for making sweets

First step- For this, you will have to take medium size parwal 7-8 first. Wash the parwal and peel it thoroughly, so that the hard peel comes out. Now apply a cut length from the middle and take out the seeds inside the parwal. Put the water in a pan to boil and put the parwal in it. If you want, you can boil Parwal only by cutting a cut. You can easily remove seeds after boiling. To keep the color of the parwal green, put 1 teaspoon of sugar and half a teeth soda in the water. Parwal will boil in about 5-7 minutes and remove them and place them on a sieve so that the water comes out. Now take cold ice water in a bowl and put boiled parwal in it.

Second step- Take about half a cup of sugar in a pan and make sugar syrup by mixing a little more water than half cup. Add ground cardamom powder to the sugar syrup and when a light thick syrup is made, add the parwal. Put the parwal in the syrup and cook for 3-4 minutes so that the syrup goes inside.

Third step- Now make 200 grams of mawa in the house or buy it for stuffing. Add sugar, dry fruits and cardamom to the mawa. Stuffing the mawa inside the parwal and put a coconut powder on top. To decorate, apply chopped cherry and silver work on top and keep it in the fridge. Prepared delicious and cold-thunder parwal sweets.
