‘I don’t know why she is getting angry’, Lalit Modi hit back at Sreesanth’s wife

After this video surfaced, Sreesanth’s wife Bhuvaneshwari also did not remain silent and he reprimanded Lalit Modi and Michael Clarke through Instagram but now after their post, former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi has responded to Sreesanth’s wife Bhuvaneshwari. Lalit Modi has said that he has only told the truth and he answered the question asked.

Modi said during a conversation with IANS, “I don’t know why he (Sreesanth’s wife Bhuvaneshwari) is getting angry. I was asked a question, and I told the truth. I could not do anything in it. I am not known to speak the truth. Sreesanth was the victim and I said exactly the same. No one asked me before, so when the Clark questioned me, I replied.”

Meanwhile, Modi showed the clip to Clarke during podcast and explained how his safety camera captured the moment after the broadcasters shut down their cameras. In the video, Harbhajan calls Sreesanth near by shaking hands after the match and then slaps him. The two cricketers have since forgotten their estrangement and appear together in commentary panels and advertisements. Harbhajan has also publicly apologized for this incident in public.

Bhuvaneshwari reacted strongly before Modu’s statement. He wrote in the Instagram story, “Shame on you, Lalit Modi and Michael Clarke. You guys pulled the old 2008 incident for only cheap popularity and views. Both Sreesanth and Harbhajan are both father, their lives have moved forward, but you are old wounds.
