Ingredients to make Matar Kebab
Peas, garlic, grated ginger, green chilli, onion, chana dal, garam masala, kasuri methi, salt, black salt and ghee.

To make green pea kebabs, first soak the chana dal overnight. Now wash it in the morning, boil it and cook on low flame until it becomes completely soft. Now wash onion, garlic and green chillies thoroughly and chop them finely. Boil green peas well. Now take a pan and heat two tablespoons of oil in it. When the oil is hot, add grated ginger, garlic and green chillies to it. Fry for 20 to 30 seconds. Now add onion to it and keep stirring until it turns golden. When the onion becomes golden, add salt, peas and lentils to it. – Now add garam masala in it. Now when it is cooked well, cool it and grind it in the mixer. Now put this paste back in the pan and fry it well for some time. Once roasted, add Kasoori Methi and mix well. Now apply oil on your palm and take the paste on your palm and give it the shape of kebab. Bake or fry in a non-stick frying pan until golden on both sides. Serve hot kebabs with chutney or favorite sauce.
