Today is the fast of Karva Chauth, married women observe Nirjala fast for the long life of their husbands. On this day, women remain without eating or drinking anything from sunrise to moonrise. You may feel weak during the fast due to not eating throughout the day. In such a situation, one should take care of eating some healthy things to bring back energy.

coconut water- This is an excellent option. It is rich in electrolytes, which helps in hydrating the body. Its mild sweetness helps in regaining the lost energy.

Seasonal fruits- After spending a day without food, eat fresh fruits like pomegranate, apple, papaya or banana. These fruits provide vitamins, minerals and fiber and provide an instant energy boost. Papaya is especially good for digestion and pomegranate improves blood circulation.

Curd- Curd is rich in probiotics and helps in keeping the stomach cool. It is helpful in normalizing the digestive system. You can also take buttermilk, which is hydrating and helpful in digestion.
