If you are bored by eating daily vegetables, then you can make vegetables with cream and green chillies in the house. Cream and green chili vegetable
First step- To make this vegetable, you have to take less hot green chillies. In a way, you can use pickle green chillies. Now put the chilli in a cudder and grind it coarsely.
Second step- Now add 2 tablespoons of desi ghee in a pan. When the ghee is hot, add half a teaspoon mustard, half a teaspoon of fennel, half a teaspoon, cumin, a quarter fennel and a quarter teaspoon asafetida.
Third step- Now add 2 teaspoons of ginger garlic into fine pieces or grind it. If the garlic is roasted, then add the crushed green chillies. Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder to it. If you want, you can add a little garam masala. Fry the chili for 7-8 minutes.
Fourth step- Now as much chili is taken, ie 100 grams of chili, then add 100 grams of cream of home milk and mix. Now cook the cream for about 5 minutes until it mixes well. Green chili and cream vegetables are ready. Serve finely chopped green coriander on top.
