First step- Take a cup of poha and wash it thoroughly rubbing it with hand. You can use any poha thick or thin poha. Now add half a cup of water to the poha and soak it for 5 minutes. Now take a quarter cup of semolina and add a quarter cup curd to it and mix the semolina and curd. Now leave the semolina for 10-15 minutes to swell.
Second step- On completion of the time, remove the water of the poha and put a mixture of semolina and poha in a bowl. Add salt and finely chopped coriander to it. Now mash the poha well and make it like a dow. Make a small size ball from lemon.
Third step- Press the prepared balls lightly with the palm and press a little more with the thumb in the middle. Prepare all the breakfast like this. Now grease the sieve lightly and keep the breakfast of all the prepared poha on it.
Fourth step- Boil water in the pan and keep the breakfast sieve in the water. They have to be steam and cooked. Now cover it and steam and cook them for 10-12 minutes. Now take out the plate and let it cool down. You can eat them with such chutney.
Fifth step- But we will eat them with light tempering. For this, add 1 teaspoon mustard oil in the pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin and white sesame to it. Finely chop the green chili and add it. Add 7-8 curry leaves, 1 teaspoon sambar masala, chili flakes and mix. Add steamed poha and semolina breakfast to it and cook them for 1-2 minutes. Now eat it with prepared coconut chutney.
Coconut chutney recipe
Prepare this breakfast and prepare coconut sauce. You have to take 1 cup of fresh coconut which cut into fine pieces. 2-3 green chillies, 2-3 bud garlic, a piece of ginger and a quarter cup of roasted gram are taken without peel. Add 2 teaspoons curd, a little green coriander and salt and grind the sauce. Now heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Add mustard, urad, put curry leaves, add 2 dry red chillies and 2 pinch asafetida and prepare the tempering and put it in coconut sauce.
