This is not the first time Samson has created a sensation with his batting. Earlier on August 24, he scored 121 runs off 51 balls against Aries Kollam sailor. He has also become the highest run -scorer in the current season of the league with 223 runs thanks to consecutive innings.
This form of Samson is auspicious for Team India before the Asia Cup starting in UAE from 9 September.
