‘Bigg Boss’ fame Ejaz Khan is engulfed in controversies about his reality show ‘House Arrest’. Recently, the videos of the show went viral on social media, in which Ejaz was asking the contestant to tell the position of Kamasutra. In another, he was also seen removing the girls’ undergarments in the name of the task.

After the controversies, the owl app has removed all the shows of ‘House Arrest’ from its platform. At the same time, due to showing pornographic content, Ejaz is trapped in legal trouble. An FIR has been lodged against Ejaz and others associated with the show at Amboli police station in Mumbai.

The Mumbai Police has registered a case under Section 296, 3 (5) of the Indian Justice Code for alleged pornographic content in the OTT show ‘House Arrest’ for alleged pornographic materials, Section 67 67 (A) of the IT Act under Section 67 67 (A) and Section 4,6, and 7 of rude copy of women.

The case has been registered on the basis of the complaint of Vishwa Hindu Parishad. On the basis of the complaint of Bajrang Dal activist Gautam Rawaria, the police has registered a case against actor Ejaz Khan, producer of the web show ‘House Arrest’ and others of the owl app.

The National Commission for Woman (NCW) has also sent Ejaz Khan and CEO of Owl App Vibhu Aggarwal. Both have been ordered to appear before the commission by 9 May. The Commission says that such content is not only against the dignity of women, but also promotes sexual harassment in the name of entertainment.
