The plot size ranges from about 111 square meters to 7,430 square meters. The reserve price of this plot starts from ₹ 56 lakh to ₹ 16 crore.

Applying process and payment rules
If you are interested in this plot scheme, then you have to submit Ernest Money Deposit (EMD) based on the reserved price of the plot as an applicant. Also, a processing fee of ₹ 29,500 (non-worthy) and a document fee of ₹ 5,900 will have to be paid. The successful bidder will have to set up its industrial unit within 3 years. One special thing is that if the allotte pays the entire premium within 90 days, then 2% discount will be given.
Revenue and investment expected
The Noida Authority says that the scheme has been prepared after a detailed survey. In this, industrial sectors of Phase-1 and Phase-2 were evaluated. The authority hopes that this auction will see strong participation and good revenue will be generated.
