Perth. IND vs AUS The first day of the first Test of the Test series has also proved to be very exciting. Playing first, Team India was all out on the score of just 150 runs. In reply, Australia’s batting while chasing this small score was even worse. By the end of the first day’s play, Australia had lost 7 wickets for just 67 runs. Alex Carey returned not out after scoring 19 runs and Mitchell Starc after scoring 6 runs. Jasprit Bumrah took 4 wickets and Mohammad Siraj took 2 wickets from India.
Marnus Labuschagne (2) was dismissed by Mohammed Siraj. Earlier, Mitchell Marsh (6), Travis Head (11 runs), Steve Smith (0 runs), Usman Khawaja (8 runs) and Nathan McSweeney (10 runs) were out. So far, Jasprit Bumrah has taken 4 wickets and Mohammad Siraj has taken 2 wickets from India. Harshit Rana got 1 wicket.

Team India’s poor batting
Team India IND vs AUS In the first Test of the Test series, they won the toss and decided to bat first, but the team had a bad start. The team had lost 6 wickets after scoring 73 runs. Yashasvi Jaiswal and Devdutt Padikkal could not open the account. Virat Kohli was out after scoring 5 runs, Dhruv Jurel after scoring 11 runs and Washington Sundar after scoring 4 runs.
Debutant Nitish Reddy scored 41 runs (59 balls) and wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant scored 37 runs on 78 balls. There was a partnership of 48 runs between the two for the 7th wicket. Whereas, KL Rahul contributed 26 runs on 74 balls. Josh Hazlewood took 4 wickets from Australia. Pat Cummins, Mitchell Marsh and Mitchell Starc got 2-2 wickets.

IND vs AUS India’s performance in the first session of the first Test of the Test series was nothing special. Big names like Virat Kohli and KL Rahul had returned to the pavilion. Starc gave the first blow to the team. He targeted Yashasvi Jaiswal on the score of five. He could not even open an account. After this Hazlewood sent Padikkal to the pavilion. He also could not open an account. The third blow to the team came in the form of Virat Kohli. He could score only five runs. Hazlewood also made him his victim. India’s score till lunch was 51/4.
